We are a not-for-profit voluntary organisation registered as a Company Limited. We are responsible to our members and our independence and our credibility is guaranteed. We are governed by a Board of Management elected from our membership represented by 6 tenants, 6 landlords and 3 co-optees. TPAS Scotland is run by a Board of Management made up of volunteers who are appointed each year at our AGM. At this year’s AGM the following were elected to the Board of Management for the forth coming year. Having TPAS involved means a more effective, efficient and responsive housing management service and increases tenant satisfaction. Tenant participation is essential for sustainable communities and effective housing management. We can help tenants to start up tenants groups, provide training and keep you up to date with housing issues. We can help landlords organise events, prove training for staff. develop effective strategies for involving tenants and also pioneer innovative ways in engaging with people. We place a high emphasis on partnership working with member organisations and our breadth of experience and knowledge of Scottish Housing is unique. We pride ourselves on meeting the individual requirements of organisation to address the housing needs of local communities and from our office Glasgow we travel to any location within Scotland to work with tenants and residents organisations and landlords.
