The emphasis of our support is on tenancy sustainment by ensuring tenants recognise rent arrears as a priority debt, take action to address personal financial problems and get organised with a proper household budget.
We are offering a bespoke service that would be focused on your tenants and tailored to your organisations needs. Access to independent professional advice in local communities can often be difficult, with many tenants having to wait considerable periods of time for appointments with local advice organisations.
This service will benefit organisations who are not able to employ dedicated staff to promote financial inclusion and provide support to individuals. Making an appointment to see our financial support staff could also become part of your organisations arrears recovery arrangements. However, if you would rather train your own staff to tackle these issues, we are equally well placed to help.
