Quick Consult Service

TPAS can now offer a ‘Quick Consult’ service. This service is for landlords who want to quickly find out a sample of tenant opinion on a key policy development area for a fixed price.

Telephone survey

TPAS will prepare and carry out a telephone survey on your behalf. Our surveys can be used to measure tenant opinion on anything from rent levels and value for money to views on estate management.

Focus group

TPAS will hold a focus group to follow up tenant opinion in more detail once the survey is complete. Focus group participants can be identified during the telephone survey.

Feedback report

TPAS will provide your organisation with a feedback report that details tenant opinion on key aspects of your services and your proposals for change. TPAS will make additional recommendations where appropriate based on known good practice and key developments housing policy. 

Fixed price

Two options are available depending on the measure of tenant opinion required. Members will receive a 10% discount on published prices.

Option one costs £1,599 (plus VAT) and includes:

• Tailored survey with up to 10 questions
• Telephone contact with 70 tenants
• Focus group in local area
• Feedback report   

Option two costs £2,599 (plus VAT) and includes:

• Tailored survey with up to 14 questions
• Telephone contact with 100 tenants
• Focus group in local area
• Feedback report
