Barrhead Housing Association Here at Barrhead Housing Association we try to listen to what our tenants and residents tell us as much as we can, and to get information on what is going on out there on a regular basis. Methods which we use include: faceto face contact at visits or at our office, telephone calls, customer surveys and feedback forms, involvement with local Tenants and Residents Organisations, our website, regular newsletters, annual tenants conference, our AGM for our members, attending local community events and the Barrhead television network. While we are always glad to hear from you through any of these ways during Tenants Voice Week we will be trying to listen particulary hard. It's a chance for anyone to tell us what you think of our houses, services and how we communicate. A dedicated email address has also been set up where your views can be made tenan.participation@falkirk.gov.uk. Comments on any areas of the service are welcomed and there is an assurance that every suggestion will be looked at closely and if possible and practical, be introduced as soon as possible. Hebridean Housing Partnership Tenant's voice week starts with an opportunity for tenants to give their opinions on services. The Hebridean Housing Partnership (HHP) want all tenants to make their views known. George Lonie Chairman of HHP says: "Tenants' views are important to us as we work to improve our services. We need to know what works and what doesn't and what tenants think are the priorities for service delivery. We sent out a survey to all our tenants in late August. The reponse has been very good but we still want more tenants to respond." All surveys received by the end of Tenant Voice Week at 5pm on 1st October 2010 will be entered into a prize draw. The first two names drawn at random will each receive £50.00. If tenants have already returned their survey their name will automatically be placred into the prize draw. Hillhead Housing Association 2000 This is your opportunity to tell us how you think we are doing and what you think of our plans for the future. Perhaps there are now services you would like us to offer? "The refurbished flat at 15 Highfield Avenue will be open between 11.00am and 3.30pm on Thursday 30 September and members of staff will be on hand to answer questions. So, why not come along, have a look around and have a cuppa and a biscuit". What's happening on tenants voice week?
