Welcome to the Tenant Participation Advisory Service Scotland
TPAS Scotland is the national tenant and landlord participation advisory service for Scotland. We promote good practice in tenant participation throughout Scotland.
Lesley Baird, Chief Executive of TPAS Scotland says "tenant involvement is essential if landlords are to meet the specific housing needs of their tenants. Tenant participation, however does not always happen naturally and TPAS offer a range of services to help you get the most out of tenant participation."

The Tenant Participation Advisory Service (Scotland) is a national membership organisation for landlords, tenants and other related organisations. We are a not-for-profit Social Enterprise registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee.
