TPAS Scotland is the national tenant and landlord participation advisory service for Scotland. We promote good practice in tenant participation throughout Scotland.

Tenant participation, however does not always happen naturally and TPAS offer a range of services to help you get the most out of tenant participation."

Making a start
Saving fuel and reducing carbon emissions has begun at TPAS. By all staff agreeing to work from home on Thursday's & Friday's we're able to save office power and the petrol used when commuting into Glasgow.
It's not going to save the plant but little steps, like this, are a start. With modern technology calls are answered and we can access our computer files, emails, etc. So far, we think it is working but we would like to hear from our customer.

The TPAS Annual conference is the biggest event in Scotland for Tenants, Residents, Officers and anyone working in housing. This year the conference will be held in the Crieff Hydro on the 26th - 28th October.
Come along to this event and meet friends, old and new, network with other delegates from all over Scotland and learn from our range of workshops and plenary sessions. We will once again have our popular opening session, a wide variety of workshops on offer, together with a short play, and an exciting opening and closing session.
Last year event was attended by more than 300 delegates from all over Scotland, who have provided excellent feedback on the conference.

How good are you?
TPAS Accreditation is a robust and structured process for assessing how well organisations involve tenants and residents in ther service. TPAS Accreditation is aimed at landlords and contractors, the requirements for landlords and contractors are naturally different.
Skills Development Scotland are offering financial help with training costs. Scottish businesses with up to 150 employees can apply for up to £5,000 towards employee training costs.
Housing Associations can apply for this funding, which can be used to enhance the skills of employees.
