Audits

These audits focus on the role of those involved in the tenant participation process. We look at how well the landlord meets legislative requirements and how effectively they engage with tenants and residents.

Our framework for auditing tenant participation strategies is based on 3 key stages.

  1. Mapping: to look at key features of the tenant participation strategy and decision-making processes.
  2. Tracking: to establish whether the organisation is meeting the aims and objectives of the participation strategy.
  3. Reality checking: how things work on the ground in terms of service provision.
