Tenant Participation

This training session provides an overview of tenant participation from its history and background to more recent developm ents and examples of good practice. It outlines landlords’ tenant participation duties and explains how these can be achieved. The course will prepare staff for their role in encouraging tenant involvement, including how to involve traditionally underrepresented groups of tenants.

Supporting tenants and residents associations

Not all housing officers are comfortable working with tenants and residents associations or know how to support them effectively. This training session will increase confidence by providing you with the tools and skills you need to support a tenants and residents association.
