About us

We are Scotland’s national tenant and landlord participation advisory service helping tenants, landlords and communities to have a strong influence on the future of their homes and communities. We exist to ensure that communities continue to improve and thrive through community engagement.

Our team is made up of experts who not only provide the best advice, support and training to our members but also deliver it in a friendly, inclusive and engaging way. We are passionate about making a difference in everything we do.

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, we invest all our profits back into our organisation and also the communities we work with. We work closely with colleagues across the Scottish Government to help develop and shape government policy focused on tenant participation issues.

We work closely with our sister organisations TPAS England, TPAS Wales and Supporting Communities Northern Ireland to share ideas, knowledge and best practice.
